Privacy & Data Protection Policy

Controller: AYDEN Vietnam - privacy@ayden.vn. Data is stored on Ayden-managed servers in Vietnam. Access is role-based (candidate, employer, Ayden staff) and every access to reports is logged.

Employers only see candidate reports that an Ayden expert has released for their own job requests. Talent Pool suggestions shown to employers are anonymous. If AI-assisted screening is enabled, CV text with names, e-mails and phone numbers removed is sent to the configured AI provider; benchmark comparisons send assessment scores only.

Notifications are sent only through the channels you choose and can be changed at any time. If you sign in with Google or LinkedIn, Ayden only receives your name, e-mail and profile photo.

Retention: 24 months after your last activity, then anonymised. You can download or delete your data at any time in "Account & sign-in".
