Consent Letter - Personal Data

I allow Ayden to collect, store and process my personal data (CV, contact details, assessment results) for recruitment purposes, and to share my candidate report with selected employers only after an Ayden expert has reviewed it.

If I join the Ayden Talent Pool, Ayden may suggest my profile to employers anonymously (title, level, experience, skills, assessment results - no name, contact details or CV). My identity is only shared after I apply or agree.

Ayden may use an AI service to help summarise my CV and to compare my assessment results with the role benchmark; direct identifiers (name, e-mail, phone) are removed before text is sent to that service.

I can withdraw consent, leave the Talent Pool, download or delete my data at any time. Processing follows Vietnam Law No. 91/2025/QH15 on Personal Data Protection and Decree 356/2025/ND-CP.
